Peter Phillips, King Charles's entrepreneurial nephew, is making ripples in the commercial real estate market with a daring first step: a £5 million investment in the heart of Bath.

Peter has left milk advertisements and Covid-testing companies for a new life as the landlord of a lively mix of shops, pubs, restaurants, and small businesses in the charming Georgian spa town.

This current attempt is not totally a solitary endeavor. Behind the scenes, Peter has teamed up with Danish retail tycoon Troels Holch Povlsen, a business magnate with huge funds and a keen eye for investing.

The collaboration takes shape through Aston Cole Ltd, a business founded by Peter in 2022 and in which he serves as sole director.

Aston Cole is co-owned by two companies: Aston S&I, in which Peter owns a controlling position, and Nine United Properties UK Ltd, which is held by Holch Povlsen.

The Povlsen family has a history of owning outstanding properties. His son, Anders, is Britain's greatest private landowner, with 220,000 acres of Scottish countryside.

With this support, Peter's foray into the real estate market appears to be less of a gamble and more of a deliberate move to solidify his position in business.

King Charles' nephew is proving to be a jack-of-all-trades - and perhaps, in time, a master of the real estate game.

He has quietly emerged as an unsung hero in royal circles, providing regular advise to his cousin, Prince William.

Peter, known for his realistic attitude, has years of professional experience away from the royal limelight, making him an ideal sounding board for the future king.
