The OnePlus Watch 3 has been the subject of several leaks in recent months. The rumored wristwatch is believed to have numerous changes over the current OnePlus Watch 2, which debuted at MWC 2024 in February. A story has appeared that suggests various aspects of the smart wearable. Notably, OnePlus plans to launch the OnePlus 13, OnePlus 13R, and a new color choice for the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 at a Winter Launch Event on January 7, 2025. However, OnePlus has not confirmed that the Watch 3 would be released on that day.
OnePlus Watch 3 Design and Features
Smartprix has published a design render based on the OnePlus Watch 3 prototype. It looks to be identical to the earlier OnePlus Watch 2. However, the rumor says that the Watch 3 will have a spinning crown to provide customers with a more tactile experience. The functioning, spinning crown might make navigating the UI more straightforward.
With the rumored Watch 3, OnePlus is also expected to investigate an LTE edition that would allow users to make calls and get notifications directly from the watch. However, like with the previous iteration, this projected LTE option may be confined to China.
An previous leak stated that the OnePlus Watch 3 might have a 631mAh battery with a normal capacity of 648mAh. According to a prior source, the wristwatch may be released in worldwide regions alongside the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R.
