LG has announced a cooperation with Will.i.am, an American rapper and record producer. The artist will give guidance for LG Xboom's product development, design, and marketing. The South Korean corporation will launch a new brand of audio devices named 'Xboom by Will.i.am' next year. The corporation has previewed the next electrical products and given their debut dates. The Xboom Buds TWS earbuds are set to be the first product released under the Xboom by Will.i.am brand.

LG stated in a news statement that Will.i.am will be the "Experiential Architect" for the LG Xboom audio product range. According to the corporation, the singer will consult on product development, design, and brand promotion for all LG Xboom devices.
TWS earbuds and Bluetooth speakers have been verified as part of the Xboom by Will.i.am product selection. The brand will be presented during the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2025, which will take place in Las Vegas, United States, beginning January 7. The business disclosed that the Xboom Buds will be the first product in the future series to enter the market.
The Xboom Buds have been seen in advertising photographs in a black color scheme with a pill-shaped charging case. A Bluetooth speaker, also in black, has debuted on the official website. The expected portable speaker device bears an engraving with the term "Xboom".
The business stated that all Xboom by would.i.am items would include the rapper's trademark sound. They will have two listening modes, one with "powerful bass," and the other with "a soothing sound with harmonious tones," according to LG.
Upcoming Xboom by Wil.i.am speakers will have "embellishments" such as easy-to-hold straps and interactive, colorful lights that will be "in sync with the beat of the music being played." The TWS earphones are stated to have ergonomic designs with ear tips and ear hooks to provide a comfortable fit.
All audio equipment from the new brand will also be compatible with Will.i.am's RAiDiO.FYI, the business stated. It is an AI-powered interactive and conversational radio experience available via the FYI.AI app for iPhone and Android devices.
