Scott, 73, had quintuple bypass surgery the previous month after physicians found five blockages during a heart stress test, according to a July PEOPLE report.
After four months, Taylor posted a positive update on her dad's health, showing that he is stronger than ever.
During an appearance on SiriusXM's The Morning Mashup on October 6, the 35-year-old stated, "By his own account, he's actually at 150% now." In actuality, he is very energetic. He's doing great.
The singer, who spent the summer living with her father as he healed, stated that her family's first priority was to assist him in returning to his former self.
She continued, considering how the event had changed her viewpoint, "He had amazing medical care and help and doctors and nurses for whom I am going to be forever grateful."
